Key Responsibilities:
An Onbase Application Coordinator is responsible for designing, building, configuring, and maintaining applications that support business processes using the OnBase system. This includes both operational support and the development of new features or integrations.
Core Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain OnBase Document Management solutions.
Act as liaison between IT and business units for OnBase projects, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Analyze business processes and document requirements for OnBase workflows.
Install, test, and support OnBase software and interfaces.
Provide end-user training and develop SOPs and documentation.
Create system reports using BI tools and dashboards

Strong communication and documentation skills
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10% if needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of work experience. OnBase administrator or coordinator.
Proficiency in Office365 and familiarity with role-based access controls.
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science or comparable studies
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
